Tricky Tricky – Journaling to Royksopp
Liquitex ink, paint markers, acrylic paint, gel pens. Splashed some iridescent pearl into the acrylic paint (foxy). Does anybody read this stuff? Probably not, but what the heck. This type of disco product is what you get when you cross a creative nutbar (me) with Royksopp (love you Royksopp!!!!).
Fleeting Glimpse
Saw a fleeting glimpse of this Pronghorn in K Country last year and was inspired to paint! Definitely an unusual sighting. Acrylic on canvas. I used iridescent colors to give this piece much “light”. This will be one in a series of “elusive” beings of K Country. ~SLB
